In 2013, I had the incredible opportunity to be granted permission to photograph President Obama's second inauguration. It was an extremely cold day, with estimates of 1 million people in attendance.

I lived in London during my junior year of college, in 1979.  I remember spending several weekends visiting Trafalgar Square.  It has always been one of my favorite places in London. I decided it was an ideal location for my Day to Night™ series and began the process of gaining permission to photograph this iconic location.
